  • Seaside villa, beaches Corniche de Penhador area in absolute calm, outside the subdivision.
    A true haven of peace, this charming house ideally located in a cul-de-sac is south facing without vis-à-vis on a plot of 1360m2.
    Two superb white sandy beaches: Lodonnec and Pich Poud are accessible in a few steps, but fishing enthusiasts on foot will also find their happiness in the rocks.

    Outside: a stone annex with a sink, a washing machine and a dryer. Vacuum cleaner + iron and ironing board. Barbecue + barbecue + plancha for nice moments.
    Outdoor shower for the return from the beach.
    A large wooden terrace of 50m2 facing south with sun loungers, garden furniture and dining area and a small terrace to the west.
    2 bicycles available, paddle, beach games. Loan of folding cot, baby chair, baby bath on request.

    Communication: house connected to Fibre optics.

    A space is provided to park the car safely and in a private cul-de-sac with 3 other houses around.

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und schön gestaltet. Wir haben oft draussen gegessen und den grosszügigen Garten genutzt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Superbe maison, spacieuse, très bien équipée (il ne manque rien) et idéalement située au bout d'une impasse, très proche de la mer (200 m à pied) mais au calme.

Super séjour

Location très propre, spacieuse, calme, hyper bien située par rapport aux plages et enfin très bien équipée. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible. Un sans faute.

Une magnifique maison de caractère, très spacieuse et bien aménagée.La cuisine est parfaitement équipée.Les chaises longues de ce havre de paix sont un vrai bonheur.Arnaud, le propriétaire, est extrêmement sympathique et serviable.Nous reviendrons.

A perfect stay

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect: the House and the Garden are very comfortable and calm. Just a 2 Minute Walk to the beach. Bikes and other Sport items are kncluded. A nice creperie and a very good french Restaurant (le Relais de lodonnec) are in walking distance. Our Host, Arnaud, was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed and will come back

Bon accueil et maison correspondant à l'annonce

Endroit a recommander, maison très agréable et bien équipée. Accueil très chaleureux d'Arnaud et de très bon conseil. Région magnifique a visiter, la cité close de Concarneau notamment, et bien d'autres choses. Pour les personnes venant du sud, comme nous, prévoir des gilets et blouson, le temps breton change vite. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !!
