"Stayed here with friends and our dogs, the property is clean and updated, neighbors are very friendly. The beds need to be upgraded, both mattresses are very thin and the beds are small. Overall, great stay!"

"This was a great location for our first time to Lake Anna. There were many restaurants to choose from close by, and we chartered a boat cruise (Sunshine Swan) at the nearby marina. The hot tub was wonderful. There were 3 adults, and we all had our own room and bathroom. Super quiet neighborhood, and the hosts were great communicators. Would stay there again. "

"I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. "Wonderful dock for boats, and we had great waterskiing at the north end of the lake. Incredibly responsive hosts. Home was beautiful and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole large group. Would stay there again!!!"
