An outdoor terrace gives you access to your quatier. On the terrace you and the guests of a second, separate apartment each have a seating area available. In the kitchen there is an oven and a dishwasher (NO microwave).

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bicycle rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The three-room apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to four people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen and the bathroom (with shower and toilet). In the attic, in which the two bedrooms are, you reach a spiral staircase.  Outside there is a sitting area and a parking space available.
