「Such a fun yurt and a peaceful location! We loved the proximity to activities and then relaxing with a glass of wine on the little balcony!」

「Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.」

「The host is great, knowledgeable and very responsive. However, the property itself is somewhat worn off, the ACs upstairs were barely functioning, all silverware is hidden (except plastic forks and knives). There is a playroom for kids upstairs, that is really nice if you are traveling with little kids. Great location that is close to everything, just a somewhat pricey.」

「Great location. Walk to town and lake easily. Bathroom is very small. Would recommend a night light as it’s very dark at night. Also an additional mirror in bedroom. No real sitting area was the downside.」

「We were so pleased with the private drive access leading to the beautiful home. This property had so much room, all the amenities you could ask for, peace and quiet. We loved that it was pet friendly also. The host was very nice and responded to all inquiries quickly. I’ll be back!!」

「Was never able to get our room!!!!」

「We had a fantastic stay at Voorheis Vista for a nice five night getaway. The home was immaculate, and check-in/out was a breeze. Sitting on the covered porch watching the animals or thunderstorms in the distance was peaceful and refreshing. It was close enough to the action of Watkins Glen and Ithaca, but far enough away to provide a chance to just unwind. If I’m ever in the area again, this would certainly be on the list of places I’d look at staying.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family with grown children and pets, with plenty of comfortable living space for everyone to spread out. The game room and large yard were a lot of fun, and the short walk to the lake was a huge bonus. The home was spotless, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again!」

「House was clean and the host was very communicative.」

「A perfect cozy getaway in Hector, NY! Tamera was an incredibly responsive host. For our first time here, she made the process super easy. The cottage was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Finger Lakes escape. The beds, linens, and towels were soft and cozy. Don’t miss a visit to Damiani Wine Cellars for exceptional wine and beautiful lake views. We can’t wait to come back!」
