「Perfect place for a small family reunion. Peaceful and relaxing. Great location for fishing either the pond or the lake. Pool, playground, and pavilion were very convenient.」

「The hosts are absolutely wonderful people. The house is very clean and the location is just plain wow.」

「We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was cozy, welcoming, and beautifully furnished, making it a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. It was also incredibly easy to find and get to, which made our trip so much less stressful. The location was perfect for us because it was conveniently close to where we were attending our concert. Our host was responsive, helpful, and quick to communicate whenever needed, which made the entire experience even better. We truly appreciated how...

「We have spent several vacations at Newland's Resort since 2004. We have always had a great time there. It's just the relaxing environment we needed. Lake time is the best time. This year it was super hot and the AC was a bit of an issue but overall a great experience. Many thanks to the Newland family for alll they do. Well see you soon.」

「Cottage was super cute and clean. Parking with our bass boat was a little tight as it is a community of houses close together and street parking. There was a driveway just a little snug to get into. Also outdoor outlet for us to charge the boat. Will stay again for the next fishing tournament up there.」

「This is a great get away cottage! The house is well stocked, great access for boating, air conditioning works great! Communication with owner is fantastic. We will be back.」

「Great location, 」

「This is a little hidden jem, situated in a very nice quiet area of Indian Lake. My husband and myself will definitely be returning for a longer trip where we can enjoy all the fun of the lake.」

「The property was pet friendly, clean inside, easy to communicate with the owner, close to the water. We didn't like the smell of the drinking or shower water in the house.」

「What a fabulous property! It was clean, and well stocked with everything ( and I mean EVERYTHING) that you could possibly need or want, from the kitchen to the bathroom to games and books. If you love retro or funky decor, this is the place for you! Every time you walked into a room, you saw another absolutely perfectly placed cool trinket, picture, etc.! We spent a glorious evening walking to the lake, then relaxing in the awesome backyard. It was the perfect shady spot with Adirondack...

「The cottage was immaculate. The property was clean.」

「Grandparents, kids, and grandkids had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and well stocked, including fun games for the kids. We rented a boat and easily tied it up to the dock. Great communication and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets!」

「This property was obviously flipped with a lot of intention and care. With that being said, I didn't pay enough attention to the posting and location so we ended up leaving early. All three bedrooms are upstairs, with a narrow staircase as the only access that was not ideal for my 4 year old or for carrying my 7 month old upstairs. It is within walking distance to the dock, which was fantastic, but it also sits at the intersection of the main street and the street noise at night also was not...
