Cozy Older Home Close to Campus, Downtown and Outdoor fun. Kid and Pet Friendly!

Older home, but a good size. With a living room upstairs and a family room downstairs there is plenty of space to spread out. The air conditioning in the house is window units. They keep the house nice and cool!

Close to all the grocery stores, shopping and outdoor activities! We love being so close to everything we need!

3 bedrooms, one with a queen, one with a full bed and a crib for families, the third is a room with 3 twins. There is also 2 couches available for sleeping. There is also a laundry room for guest use.

Within walking distance of Utah State University campus. The views from campus are some of the best in town!

A few of our favorite places are Charlie’s ice cream, Tandoori Oven Indian food and center street grill.

This house had a lot of space, and we were able to spread out. There are also two family rooms/gathering areas inside which were great for playing games and hanging out. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We have four suggestions for improvement. 1) provide comfortable beds for all guests. 2) provide an accessible, usable outdoor space. 3) A welcome book with all pertinent information located in the house and around the area. Finally, the house needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There is a significant cleaning fee attached to this rental, and it was not clean. For that amount the home should be professional-grade cleaned every time a new guest enters.

Could have been so good

The spacious size let the family spread out, the location was perfect, and the price was unbeatable. That said, cleanliness was too much an issue for me. Dead bugs around the sink made it seem like no real cleaning had been done for some time. Much of the cookware was unusably dirty, there was pet hair all over the blanket in the master bedroom and garbage under the bed. These and similar issues made me wish I had spent more on a cleaner place. We had difficulty sleeping upstairs with the loud swamp coolers kicking on during the night. The kiddos had a good time though.
