“Host took days to respond to questions before day of check in. The evening of check in Monday, after a 12 hr shift, the code I was given would not open the door. I messaged host and waited almost 2 hrs for a response. Got a hotel room. Neighborhood was suspicious. I did not feel comfortable going back to the property. I never gained access into the room. Host messaged and called on Tuesday several times. ”

“Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. There were two half used toilet paper rolls on the back of the toilet and an empty roll on the dispenser. Maybe the cleaning crew just forgot to……

“Check in was good and it worked perfectly. The kitchen facilitates were very good with exception of the number of utensils. Lacking by a good number considering it’s advertised for 17 people. Didn’t put a dent into anything but definitely something to look at unless we missed something somewhere. ”

“Good view, but cabin is uncomfortable, shabbier than pictured, and grimy. It is only superficially cleaned. The mattresses are thin and saggy. The couch is a broken down, lumpy horror. Many of the blinds are broken or missing. Some BR outlets don’t work. Only three washcloths in the house. There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, or toys in the shed as promised. The dining room fan was stuck on high, so my sister and I had to stand on chairs to unwind the fan cord from around the fixture and turn……
