“house is clean. AC is cool down stairs and hotter upstairs system needs balanced. yard and around the house needs cleaned up outside. traffic is right behind the house so pretty loud until 11:30 PM. inside of house is pretty clean and decent was happy with that. very close to university hospital so if your going back and forth from there this house is great for that. close to grocery store called Dan’s close to starbucks and a bunch of shopping places and restaurants.”

“We had a wonderful stay! Such a cozy home with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. We particularly appreciated the twin bed in the master bedroom so that our 3 year old could be close by. We would definitely stay again!”

“We were a little concerned when we arrived because the area by the driveway looked clear and pristine on the VRBO site. When we arrived, it was covered with weeds and the grounds looked unkept. However as we entered the home we were pleasantly surprised. “BEST place ever!! The house doesn't look like much when you drive up (no driveway, park out front), but inside is spectacular!! The stained glass windows and light fixtures were beautiful. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. One of them had a secret lovely bathroom behind it! The water pressure from the showers was great. There is an Xbox in the living room with hundreds of games on it that my kids had a blast playing. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Large dining room table for us to eat and……

“This is an astonishingly nice place. The property description doesn’t do it justice. I’ve never seen a VRBO so well equipped and stocked. The Mountain View is breathtaking especially at sunrise and sunset. The beds and bedding were good quality. The decor was modern and the furnishings were comfortable. The huge “swimming” spa was a real hit and it had a Mountain View. The two fire pits were a nice extra comfort. I’ll for sure come and again. Lastly, Melanie is a thoughtful and prompt……
