「I booked the triple bunk room for my family, its rustic but we were only staying two nights and looking for a cheap trip. The day of check-in I arrive just after check-in time which is 4pm and find there office closed. The hours are 10-4pm so they intentionally plan to not be there for check-in and check out (which is 10am). I find a paper with instructions for our room. Go to our room only to find it isn't the room I paid for. Its a much smaller room that sleeps 5 instead of the triple bunk...

「Our short reservation was well accepted and the hosts communicated quickly with us.Accommodations were very nice, but maybe lacking in details.There was no guest information book, missing a TV remote, and the place had tons of spiders and beetles. It would have felt a bit more lux if the place was sprayed for bugs and thoroughly swept and blown out.」

「Amazing house within minutes to the entrance to the national park. Clean, well-stocked with basic amenities and appliances. Tori was very responsive to messages and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again soon!」

「The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net. 」

「We had a great stay with our dogs. It was clean and very cute! I wish there were end tables and night stands, but for a night or two, it was fine. The owner was really quick to reply and accommodating. The shower water pressure was amazing, which is usually something I have issues with. We visit Utah often, and this house is near family, so we will be staying again. 」

「After investing in groceries and drinks to have a movie night, we arrived to find out the primary amenity (theater room) was out of order due to not having a functioning bulb in the projector and no replacement on site or available locally.After reporting the issue and calling a maintenance person to come onsite, I had to follow up with the maintenance person to later find out a bulb was ordered and would not arrive during our stay.I have since reached out to the property management team with no...
