“I loved staying here! It's a good location and the apartment is nice. This doesn't have a secondary lock so I used a portable lock. The water heater needs maintenance, it was loud and kept me up at night. So I just stopped using the hot water at night. The neighbors were nice too!”

“This sunny corner unit is close to the University of Utah and downtown. A block away are a a grocery store, the Trolley Station, Trader Joe's, Walgreens and many restaurants. ”

“This was just perfect for my visit. The apartment is very clean and stocked with everything I needed. Having an on-site, washer and dryer was very helpful. I had no problem with street parking. It was a nice neighborhood, good for my morning walks. Very convenient too a nearby grocery store. I saw that another reviewer mentioned that the bed could use a new mattress and I would agree with that, although I did sleep well while I was there. The skylight was nice, but I would recommend a sleep mask……

Their home is in a great neighborhood convenient to local shopping and eateries. We were in the area for a medical procedure, so we stayed the week. We were so thankful to not have to be confined to a hotel room. ”

“Perfect little Up Top above garage apartment! Super clean. Well appointed. Nice towels and linens. The host was great and quick with communications. We chose this specific spot for a landing area during parents weekend at the U. However. We lived in Utah for quite some time and I can attest that it’s a great location for hitting the various ski resorts!”
