I was comfortable and so was my daughter despite us both being miserable and later ending up in a hospital. But I will always remember this place very fondly. “Bryce, the owner, communicated well and promptly. He was willing to do anything to make us comfortable. However the apartment he had for us had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Salt Lake City . We were just a few minutes away from parking at the Salt Palace and had easy and close access to shopping and enjoying the Salt Lake Valley. I highly recommend Bryce as a host and the apartments that he uses for his BnB service.”

“We stayed here for two weeks for a ski vacation and really enjoyed it. Easy access to both Cottonwood canyons and even Deer Valley wasn't that far. Good privacy, we didn't see or hear the owners during our stay. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The owner is incredibly nice and even left us fresh baked cookies during our stay. Saw antlered deer in the back yard. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“Truthfully I picked this spot because of the beautiful church view from the bed not to mention the gorgeous snow covered mountains everything else was a bonus. The rooftop was stunning I even enjoyed a little party complete with DJ thanks to the welcoming neighbors, I worked in the lobby one day just because the space was so inviting! The location is wonderful you are downtown, but not in the middle of the shopping centers walking distance to everything you could want and I felt completely safe……

“I had a great stay at this property. Everything looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The host was easy to communicate with. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants.”

“This was the perfect weekend getaway for us! The detached studio is at the end of a covered driveway. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the interior and it had everything we needed including kitchen supplies and appliances. There is a skylight in the unit that lets in some outdoor noise like the nearby road and neighbor dogs, but it didn’t bother us too much. It is renovated and nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. The host responded quickly to us, and the check in was super simple……

“We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!”

“Overall good place to stay for convenience to the location we were visiting. RV park is quiet. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Lights from traffic on the neighboring streets behind the home light up the loft at night because there is no way to block the upper window directly across from the loft sleeping area. If lights flashing into your sleeping area (brake or headlights) don't bother you at night, this would work for you.”
