“We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Salt Lake. It's in a very walkable area of downtown and the room itself was very quiet and clean. We would highly recommend staying here.”

“Beautiful place to stay.”

“I would not stay here. Very sketchy area of Salt Lake City. I arrived very late because of delayed flights, so had to find the lock box that is in the back of the building and not in a good area of town or on the street. It is not even in the front of the building. I had 2 men watch me get into the lock box and try to approach me. They were very sketchy and were wearing all black. They then followed me to the front door and stayed in front of the only entrance of the building. I was extremely……

“Amazing place. Beautiful, clean and convenient. Hosts were easy to reach with quick responses”

“It was hard to get a response from the property owner. I got an extra charge on my credit card and no reply after messaging on the app multiple times. The apartment smelled weird but I did appreciate the cute home and decor. It’s an old building and walls are paper thin so you hear everything upstairs, heads up.”

“Clean and quiet”

“Great, clean place, close to tons of shops and restaurants. I'd stay here again”

“Easy to get around with transportation but close enough to Temple Square that you can easily walk. There is a cute little grocery store not far where you can get basics.”

“We really enjoyed the rental unit. It was well stocked and in a great location!”

“Great location, super clean and supplied with all the essentials. Highly recommend.”

“It was a nice place. The host tried to take care of inconveniences that arose.”

“I had an unfortunate payment issue! The host was able to work a cancellation from her side since there wasn’t a cancellation window left due to booking it in a hurry for a New Years Eve event. I had to communicate that with the host which at the end understood and helped with the cancellation!”

“Instructions entering and leaving property were so clear. Our daughter goes to the U and it was a great location to her, also Planet Fitness was walking distance which was a bonus! Accessible to activities downtown, easy to navigate in and out. Really comfortable bed, great views from the balcony. Cooking healthy is important for me and the amenities had all I needed. Overall great place and would recommend this property and host. This will probably be “our place” anytime we visit our daughter. ……

“Good”

“It was a bit confusing on how to find the property access. It was off the main street side into a common lobby of the building. Once I figured this out it was easy.”

“The AC didn’t work properly unfortunately while we stayed there. The host was very helpful overall but we were out of options on the cooling front.”

“Sweet little place. Well stocked with supplies and nice decor.”
