“The view was amazing. Quiet and secluded. Not much for food nearby. The room was clean and a nice size. When we had the t.v. on it echoed. The hotel could put some more furniture in the room to help with this. Bed was a little hard for us and small. The hotel could have easily put a king bed in the bedroom. Kitchen was nice. Having a full size fridge and silverware was great. I wish they would have invested in to an actual microwave. Not everyone has the patience to figure out how to use a……

“Newpark is great. Just had an ant problem in the rooms. They moved us quickly to a new room but found some ants in there as well. Love the resort in total and the hot tub that comes with the room was an awesome bonus. Could be a little cleaner..”

“We only stayed one night and didn't use the hot tub or much of the kitchen. Liked having a fireplace. ”

“We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.”

“The host was fine, the room was great. My only issue was with the person who answered the phone whenI called about the checkin process. The email I got said that I had to check in at Sunrise condo after 5pm. When I was running close to 5 pm due to my flight being delayed, I called to make sure that I could still checkin at Silverado. The person was very short and condescending telling me that front desk at Silverado was available until 11 pm. I found out when I got to Silverado that the 5pm……
