「This place is a total scam. I am still fighting with VRBO to get my money back because they charged a completely different amount to what was stated. The host promised check in instructions 24 hours prior to my stay. I received nothing, reached out several times through multiple channels, still nothing. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO stranded in a city with nowhere to stay until they finally responded 2 hours before my check in time, not 24, AFTER THEY SAID I COULD HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN....

「This place was nice but lacked extra towels and linens, no soap for dishwasher and there were 2-3 sheets left on the paper towel roll on the stand in the kitchen and no kitchen towels…MOST IMPORTANTLY the smoke detectors were missing!! Just wires hanging from the ceiling which was very concerning and a serious safety issue! I reached out to our host multiple times with no response. I got so frustrated I contacted Vrbo and left a message with them but never received any help. Very frustrating...

「Host was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped. Worth the money!」

Basement “apartment” with a small window near the ceiling. Ac unit outside of the bedrooms so the bedrooms get hot.」

「This place was absolutely a hidden charm in an urban neighborhood. We had a dance competition 35 mins away and this home kept us so comfortable! There is so much space and charm to this 4 floor home. The point of contact answers right away which was very helpful. Some things not part of the hosts control: Street parking late at night a little challenging for 6 cars (but we made it work). Urban neighborhood and warm weather didn’t mix for a lot of outdoor critters that are on the block. Nothing...
