Penthouse in the center next to the Espolón

Penthouse located in the pedestrian zone of the heart of Logroño, between Gran Vía and El Espolón, central and emblematic point, on the border that divides the historical part of the city and the most modern and commercial. Completely renovated, it has two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy terrace of 15 square meters that can be enjoyed all year. The stay includes top quality sheets and towels. High speed internet and cable television. The apartment, conceived entirely for the exclusive use of our guests, is an attic with an elevator located in a pedestrian zone (Paseo de las Cien Tiendas).
I have a covered and guarded parking space in a public parking lot 100 meters from the house. I have it reserved to make the rent cheaper to my clients, to whom I have an impact if they want 8 euros per day of stay, with freedom 24 hours to take out or put the vehicle. Logroño is a comfortable and affordable city to move on foot.
In the house there is everything you need to make your stay great: a delicious living room with library and cable TV, double bed 150x200 in the master bedroom, two beds 105x190 and 90x190 in the second bedroom, desk and television in each of the bedrooms, sheets and towels of high quality; Iron, dryer, coffee maker, microwave and basic products such as coffee, sugar, oil and vegetables in the kitchen. And, of course, it came from Rioja.

Un bel appartement avec sa terrasse sympathique au 6eme étage.Propre, fonctionnel, bien situé et surtout un parking.A ce sujet juste petit bémol le parking annoncé à 8/jour est en fait à 12Néanmoins très bon rapport qualité/prix et un point de chute idéal pour découvrir la belle ville de Logroño

Perfect in every way

Great location in the city. Just steps from everything. As others have written, bigger than expected. Great terrace for relaxing in the afternoons. Apartment very clean and wonderfully decorated. Everything we could want in a place to stay. Ainhoa and Antonio set up parking for our car only 150m away.

Comfortable flat in a central location.

The flat was spacious , comfortable and in a great location for exploring all the interesting places in Logrono. The large balcony was great for relaxing and the parking space was much appreciated. Ainhoa & Antonio were welcoming and accommodating .

Beautifully Decorated Apartment in a Great Location

My wife and I spent the last three nights of our two week trip to Spain in this centrally located apartment. It served as the perfect base for exploring the Rioja wine region, as well as being convenient to the fine restaurants and tapas bars of the city. The apartment was large, very clean, and was decorated in in an engaging style with books and a variety of stylish art. It also has a nice outdoor patio/balcony on which we enjoyed drinking wine with a view of the city. We are especially grateful to the owners for their patience and help when we initially got lost on arrival due to GPS failure and my own errors. This place felt like home and we highly recommend it.
