「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando.」

「The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big lounge area. I enjoyed my stay and it is beautiful overlooking the river. It was quiet even though the street in front was busy. Blackout curtains are there if you need them. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed but I didn’t. I liked the bathroom. 「Rooms were modern and clean. Located 5 mins walk from old town where there were a ton of restaurants and tapas bar. Staff was helpful and friendly. Big public carpark nearby even if the hotel carpark is full. 」
