“Room smelled of urine, after it was cleaned it smelled ok, but the urine smell returned. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Lots of rules, can’t take breakfast back to room, can’t eat in the lobby. I heard the word forbidden so many times. I asked for two wine glasses and they gave me juice glasses… they have a bar. Parking garage is a huge challenge getting in and out using a car lift. Our car was fairly small and it was still a challenge. The staff has to assist you to get your car out.……

“酒店位置非常好，就在朝圣之路必经之路上，酒店周边有很多商家和饭店，也有自助洗衣店。如果你走朝圣之路的话，住这一家酒店就对了！”

“Absolutely no sleep to be had in this hotel. It's party central on the street outside full of drunk people shouting and roaring. We gave up as it was still going on at 6am when we left. Theres little sound proofing fron outside and the inside wall beside the window is window is rotten with damp. Ear plugs provided are a bad sign and no use. While I'm sure not the fault of the hotel, a guest had deffacated in the lift. This is not a 4 star, it's a 1 star in a noisy huge open air drinking……

“A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando.”

“Central location. Small and crowded rooms, subpar A/C, TV located across the armoire with channels only in Spanish. Reception bar was never open during the two nights stay.”

“No hay elevador, fue un problema con las maletas. El lugar está lindo pero cierra temprano el lobby y restaurante. Hubo mucho ruido el primer día como a las 6am, pasaban camiones afuera. Además está la iglesia afuera, por si no les gusta el sonido de la campana a cada rato. Tienen una visita a su museo y una cata no tan profunda pero es gratis.”
