「The check-in was complex for the end of a Camino walk day. There was no stamp for the Credential which is important for a pilgrim. The room and house was clean and comfortable. 」

「For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. 「Quarto precisa melhorar bastante; a cama quebrou, havia cheiro voltando dos encanamentos; tinha um sabonete pelo chão pois quebrou suporte. A equipe de funcionários é sensacional e os vinhos da Valdelana são ótimos. 」

「The hotel is very centric! The location is very convenient and the facilities are good in general. It was clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful! On the other side the rooms are small, don’t have a closet, not even a space where to open your luggage and keep it, you have to use your bed every time and close it and open it again every time you need something. Is crazy but the rest is good and we only stayed for one night but you need to know this if you plan to spend more time.」
