Excellent location. Staff was helpful and room was superb. I figured out why Hemingway and others have stayed here. Definitely would stay here again. Nice location in the middle of it all with many fine restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Pamplona’s main plaza — you can’t beat the location! Everything is within walking distance: charming restaurants, local shops, and all the vibrant energy of the city. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. If you’re a fan of Ernest Hemingway, this is the place to stay — you can feel the literary history and charm throughout. A perfect spot to experience Pamplona’s culture and atmosphere. Wonderful hotel in prime location on the main square. Fantastic service from the moment we checked in - the reception staff are superb and can’t do enough for you. Our room 404 was really spacious and luxurious with the biggest walk-in shower I’ve ever seen. A truly marvellous stay and would love to return.

Superior staff !! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in a while. The rooms were well appointed, clean, fantastic shower. Located right on the main square with many restaurants and shopping on all the surrounding streets. Highly recommend if going to Pamplona
