"The check in process was a breeze and the whole complex was terrific. It made the stay relaxing and filled with activities for both children and adults. The sauna followed by a plunge in the lake was the biggest hit, for both children and adults! A true Finnish experience in nature!"
"The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this."
