"The hotel was perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The spa was gorgeous and our room was just right! Loved our stay and I would highly recommend a stay.
The location was perfect too 👌"
"Although the hotel is advertised as having parking, the parking lot is actually located about 3 km away from the hotel. This is highly inconvenient, especially for guests arriving tired in the evening with luggage. Instead of being able to park near the property, guests are instructed to drive elsewhere and then walk back to the hotel. In bad weather, carrying luggage such a distance becomes a major discomfort and significantly affects the overall guest experience. For me, never again."
Palace Hotel Tallinn, a member of Radisson Individuals
10/10 Excellent
"Palace Hotel Tallinn was a great place to stay with easy access to the Old Town. We accessed the hotel via a quick taxi ride from the port. There are numerous places to eat nearby and the area was safe and walkable. We really enjoyed the room as it was very clean and well organized. The hotel lobby was comfortable to have a quick drink prior to exploring the area nearby area. We would definitely stay at the Palace Hotel Tallinn again."
"The key code to get in the elevator, stairs, and the room did not work during the entire stay. Only two lights in the room worked. Windows looked out on commuter train, so had to keep curtains closed. Check-in was poor because the system was down. You check in and then wait for a key code to be emailed to you. That took a long time and still didn’t work to open doors. Cleanliness was fine, but the curtains had stains and surfaces were worn. Just OK. Convenient location. "
"The property was in a great location to walk to the Old Town and other sites. The hotel is rather old but clean. Most of the staff were very helpful."
