Ideal for nature and fishing lovers, this pleasant, independent 6-person, 3-bedroom gîte has private, enclosed exteriors with no neighbors!
2000m² lake with trees and fish (carps, roach and tench), direct access to hiking trails.
In winter, a warm fireplace will be ready for your arrival (wood provided).
Shops and services 3.6km away: Loiron-Ruillé. The cottage is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don’t miss a visit to Laval: its castle, its Naïf art museum. Vitré: its castle and its half-timbered houses. Small towns with character: Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, Sainte-Suzanne or even the leisure center of “la Rincerie” ideal for water activities or relaxing outings. 8km from the Gravelle toll.
Claude and Annick, the owners, promise you a warm and attentive welcome, so that your stay is as pleasant as possible. Independent house on 2 levels - LEVEL 0 - Living room of 58 m² with insert fireplace (wood provided), sofa, armchair, TV and dining area - Equipped kitchen 8 m² (4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker filter, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender) - Shower room 4m² with shower, sink and WC - Laundry room 3m² with fridge/freezer and washing machine.
LEVEL 1 - Bedroom 1: 13.5m² to 1.8m under ceiling (16 m² on floor) with 1 140X190 bed and 1 90X190 bed – wardrobe-wardrobe - Bedroom 2: 26 m² under ceiling (18 m² on floor) with possibility of being separated into 2: on one side 1 140X190 bed and 1 travel cot (with mattress), the other side 1 140X190 bed - Wardrobe.
Wifi throughout the accommodation - Air conditioning unit upstairs.
Baby equipment available: high chair, changing table, blender.
Garden furniture: table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue. Fishing room with refrigerator and sink. Fully enclosed land.
