The house is located in the small village Loissin between Greifswald and Lubmin. From here, it is less than a kilometer from the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The house is ideal for up to 4 persons, new and modern and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday.   The holiday house has a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Parking and WiFi are free.   Excursions are the towns of Greifswald, Wolgast Peenemunde or. They are all in close proximity to the holiday home in Loissin.

There is a separate bedroom with double bed (200 x 200), a living room with sofa bed, seating, a bar, a large TV and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is separate and equipped with everything important. The house has a bathroom with shower / WC and an additional guest toilet. Parking and Wi-Fi are included
