Lots of conventions, noise until 2am every night we where there. No cable, Netflix or Prime. We told them but just said that they were working on it. Room was very nice and clean. Few staff were friendly.

The quality of the breakfast wasn’t the best, especially, with the coffee, tamal lojano. The hot food was lukewarm. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy. The hotel was well located, nice and had good amenities. The back part was noisy with the events during the weekend.

I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very rare in Ecuador. The hot tub was fine, but the pool was not heated and ice cold. Did not see a single person using it the whole stay. The pool is more for show than anything else

Classy but.....

The hotel is lovely but rooms are not air conditioned or heated- not even a ceiling fan. No windows to the street only windows that open towards the hallway so no ventilation. The suites do have windows to the street that will allow for ventilation. The staff went above and beyond fulfilling any and all requests. The hotel is classy in appearance and the neighborhood seemed safe. There is a pharmacy at the corner of the street next to a small bakery. I would stay again but only in a suite- the staff made up any short comings the property had. Also, if you don’t speak Spanish things may get a bit difficult but pls don’t be rude to them.
