「Pleasant rooftop restaurant and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Was surprised to learn that A/C was only available at an additional cost of 25000 Ariary (about $5 USD), and there was no fan in the room to make the heat bearable without A/C. The room had two beds in separate sleeping spaces, but the A/C was not powerful enough to cool anything other than the bed next to it. 「The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and a couple of them spoke english so that was reallly helpful. The location is convenient. A few minute walk down to the main restaurants and bars. The walk can be a little dark, so have your camera flashlight handy. It is a really safe area, no issues at all. 「Reception staff pleasant and helpful, new bungalows are beautiful, older ones cute and rustic but with very limited space and almost no closet / storage space, no air conditioning and some nights very loud from clubs down the beach. Breakfast was wonderful, other experinces in the restaurant disappointing (food okay, service poor). Cleaning in the rooms not very good - sand not swept up from the floor. Overall we had a good stay, but lots could be improved.」
