Wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen und möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen. Wir hatten auf Bali einen Rollerunfall und wurden sogar von Karin aus dem Hotel ganz wunderbar medizinisch versorgt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. 「We absolutely loved Cocana Resort. Everything was amazing and well structured from start to finish. The only suggestion i could give is the lady on front of house was not very helpful in suggesting or organising our requests for any day trips, so we had to find help outside of the resort.」

「Beautiful hotel built into the hill overlooking the water. Pool areas were beautiful. Lots of staff who could not do enough to help. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with balcony looking out to the water. Sunset views were amazing from all over the hotel. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Only downside was not being able to sit on the beach and nowhere to walk to. But for a few nights it was fine to not go anywhere.」

「Overall is good, staffs are friendly, some nice restaurants near by walking 10 minutes, no place for shopping but a convenient store is just at opposite of the road. A Bluebird taxi station is near by.」

「Overall the stay was nice, the only problem we had was the shower water. When you turn on the shower water for the first 3-5 mins it had a werid smell. it's almost like those hot spring sulfur smell. As you let the water runs for a few mins, the smell gradually go away. 」
