「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「La habitación estaba muy bien, al igual que el buffet, muy variado y para todos los gustos. Las piscinas bien pero en la principal era difícil conseguir tumbona. 「Wir waren für 5 Tage zu Gast im Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel. Gebuchtvhatten wir ein Superoir Doppelzimmer.
