“We booked two rooms for our most recent stay at this hotel, which is our "go to" when we're in London. The staff were very courteous, house cleaning was fine, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We were also able to get early check-in for one of the rooms which was really helpful given that we had a mid-afternoon funeral visitation on the first day of our stay.
