價格是相對便宜，但沒有四星的品質，就是個廉價的青年旅館
工作人員的態度很差並且心不在焉，即使有床位也堅持2點才能入住，辦理入住時還忘記給我們磁卡，我們反覆詢問進出門的鑰匙之後她才發現沒有給我們鑰匙，退房要寄放行李需要額外收費2英鎊。等待入住之前在用餐區的角落沙發區休息小眠，突然有工作人員來把大家叫醒說不可以睡覺。房間內的地板很多灰塵跟一些小垃圾沒有打掃到，床床墊應該是海綿墊，常有人躺的中間位置已經有凹陷無法支撐身體睡起來很疲憊。三層床的下舖與中舖高度非常低沒辦法坐起來，只有上舖的高度比較多。房間的空間非常小，只要有人打開行李箱就會影響其他人進出，。要是只考量價格還是可以住這裡，但完全沒有四顆星的品質，就是很一般的青年旅館。不要有任何期望。

RIDICULOUS
YOU MAY GET LUCKY THEN EVERYTHING IS FINE, BUT IF NOT, TRUST ME, IT WILL BE RIDICULOUS First I booked 6 nights and they decided to change my bed after the second night. They gave me breakfast vouchers after I complained though email as the manager there thought it wasn't even a problem. But then after two more nights, they said that my booking has been changed from 6 nights to 5 nights, which I did not know about it and have even booked one more night on Sunday for the same bed. They said I have not booked for that day so my bed has been giving to someone else. I came back finding that my stuff removed from my bed, some stuff left in the room, towels on the floor, and a charging cable missing. I was then moved to a 12 bed room with no toilet (was originally in a 9 bed room with toilet.), which is cheaper than what I have booked. Which then I complained again, and this time they didn't even bother replying my email. Ridiculous!

12人房空間頗小，連24吋行李箱都很難攤開;床舖分上中下三層，每層垂直空間都很小，坐著很難挺直上身，會撞到頭。公共設施舉凡戶外桌椅、中庭草地、餐廳及遊戲間都很棒，早餐收費4鎊，食材較諸其他safestay 系列青旅要來得豐富。整體而言，是一家適合多在房間外活動的青年旅館。

青旅位在公園內，離公園兩側入口都仍有段距離，對於初次到訪的人而言稍嫌難找，繞了一大圈才找到入口。如果晚上有安排節目，晚上自己一個走夜路有些可怕。旅店的公共空間很棒，莊潢及色調都很賞心悅目，不過床舖是三層床（12人房），因此垂直空間頗狹窄，稍嫌不便。衛浴空間很夠，熱水是按壓式，必須一直反覆按壓。

Just convenient
The staff there is nice and helpful. As the shower and toilet are shared, the tidiness really quite depend on the other users but the hostel will do cleansing everyday. One thing I would like to highlight is the bed height is really very insufficient. I can hardly sit straight in my bed. If you are a tall guy then that would be a major problem.

Fair Hotel
Location is a little far from attractions, but the environment is nice together with the park. The poor thing is the bed with 3 level. You cannot sit on the bed if you the bottom one and middle one.

酒店係公園入面，但要行條斜路上去，大約10-15mins.條斜路夜晚行有d恐怖，一個女仔自己行更驚，路燈有d壞左無整，所以有段路完全無燈.日落前返去都可以，日路後返去真系有d驚.酒店整體舒適，有時會有d焗，因為無冷氣，只係開窗.

Affordable hostel at good location
The hotel is at good location, it's near to city centre. It only takes around 15 minutes to go to city centre by underground. The staff are nice and helpful. The tidiness of the room is not very good, though acceptable. One more thing to say is the temperature of shower water can't be adjusted, I think it is too hot.

設備蠻新的
雖然也是三層床，但因為設備都是新的，並且有自己的插頭跟床頭燈，每個人的床可以將四周簾子拉起來，也算是自己的小空間。雖然一樣沒空調，但是英國的天氣很涼爽，房間通風，也不太需要。旅社坐落在公園裡面，設備都蠻新的，也足夠使用。

The Best Hostel I Have Ever Stayed
The staff are really helpful and nice. Everything is so clean. You can meet new friends but you also enjoy your own personal space. The location is safe, quiet and perfect for traveling.

The environment of the hostel is really good. But the shower facilities are not user friendly at all, I could not even tune the temperature of the water. Anyway, it is a good place to live.

Carpet is disgustingly dirty. It's a joke that the shower water will stop every 10 seconds and you need to press the button consistently lmao Lots of noisy weird people during the stay. Big snores all night long. Some fart in bed some nobody around consistently. One indian walks in and out barefoot punching the floor like a bomb. Another old indian cough snore shout like in pain all night long. One black guy pull all curtains open at 5am and open all the windows at the coldest time of day. Not to say other noises throughout night Lots of inconsiderate uneducated people who don't care about others or respect quiet hours here Astonishing to see some people could be so low behind the door

Two different buildings accommodate the visitors: a one-storey demure block, and a two-storey mansion. However, the biggest concern i had witnessed was in the restaurant: i love the huge space to accommodate the guests; i love the convenient walk to the nearby lavatory; but what I cannot stomach is the mouse infestation i managed to video. The maximum stay is 14 days, after which rebooking is prohibited for three months. I'd love to give it another shot, but that's a long shot.

The negatives: firstly, you cannot bring your own food here as it'll be disposed of if discovered. Second, you can only stay here for no more than 14 days, and no more bookings are permitted within three months; so plan accordingly. The positives: safe, warm, condusive. Beds have charging points for laptops and mobiles. Bathrooms available within reach are clean and inviting. Staff are very professional, though are strict about extreneous foodstuff.
