The environment and location itself is brilliant. However very loud, doors slamming and my sister and niece got bit by a bedbug I am currently awaiting email response from management team. There is a £6 towel charge fee. On three occasions someone tried opening our door between the hours of 12am-1:20am. I guess that was due to them being intoxicated I’m not sure so that made us uncomfortable.

Nice one night stay

Really enjoyed my stay. I did have a 4 bed dorm to myself so not sure what it would have been like if I'd have shared as this was my first hostel experience. Staff were really nice and the facilities were great. Nice surroundings and very chilled vibe. Would definitely stay again

Room and bathroom spotless. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Venue as a whole very relaxing. One major problem for elderly visitors. The venue can only be reached via an undulating paved lane of well over half a mile inaccessible to motor traffic which turned out to be a real slog on foot dragging a heavy suitcase. Although the property in itself was very satisfactory we could never again face the access problems.

Staff were very nice and helpful. I felt safe here as this was my first hostel experience which I was extremely anxious about but i have been put right at ease. Met some lovely people here as well. The location is ideal, very good bus links into Central London. Tube station within walking distance and theres shops everywhere for essentials, all within walking distance.

Great location & easy to find. No lift made hauling heavy luggage up a spiral staircase with an eight year old in tow, was very difficult. No real restaurant. Shower was push-button made temperature control difficult and drain was clogged with first shower. School trip allowed extremely liud children until past 11 even though quiet time was supposed to be 10 pm

Great hostel, really nice area. We stayed in a 4 bed en suite and it was a good sized room. We were provided with our own towels and kettle. The outside area is lovely. Would stay here again

Excellent location for shops, transport and the park for a walk. The staff I met were very nice and helpful. The social area was great with lots of room etc. and the facilities in/for the dorms were good. I wish there were notices (on the walls or on the paperwork), however, asking people to be considerate of others. Playing games on telephones/eating noisily are no fun for others at well past midnight when you're trying to sleep. It's bad enough with snorers!

Have stayed here a few times now, but this was my ‘favourite’ to date. The rooftop terrace was a very welcome surprise and gave me views of the park I would never have seen. The fact the Opera was on at the same time was the icing on the cake! The People working this time were as friendly as ever. Thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone looking for somewhere central that is very budget friendly and clean.

bedbugs. they had bedbugs. i am covered in bites. also the power socket at my bed didnt work for my entire trip. despite asking the front desk for help, they offered no alternatives and the socket was never fixed over my multiple night stay. however the location in the park is beautiful and its not far from the high street kensington tube station
