Experienced power cut and terrible staff
We stayed for 5 nights but had no power for three times. When I questioned the manager, the manager answered with bad attitude and simply said it was not their responsibility. There was no a single apology. Maybe this was not their fault but a manager should never treat their customers with unbearable attitude. The experience of being treated badly was a shame. The room was not properly cleaned as well. The chair was stained. I would never visited this hotel again and I recommended you not to.

Location is okay
It took about 10min to walk from hammersmith station with a big luggage. The front desk was very nice. The single bed room was small. There is a window in the bathroom and it was very cold even if the window was closed.

If you take a flight to or from Heathrow Airport, it is a nice choice. A cozy hotel which is pretty close to the tube station and you can do your final shopping nearby as there is a Primark, H&M n m&S just next to the hotel. So it is a nice choice if you like to shop. There are some nice restaurants nearby too.

房間很小,但是在倫敦物價那麼高的地方,這飯店算便宜而舒適了。床蠻舒服的,房間整潔,沒有提供牙膏牙刷要自己準備。吹風機好夠力..要小心過熱喔。

Good location, though smaller than expected
neat and tidy, though the hotel is much smaller than I expected... Location is good, as it's in a busy street with basically everything you need. Another good pt is, it's in the Metro line to Heathrow, so going to Airport is very convenient~

Booked a cosy room for one night. It did what it said on the tin. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small, but that's what I expected. The complimentry continental breakfast was nice and arrived on time. Room was clean. Only issues were that my feet hung off the end of the bed and not much room between end of bed and wall/mounted TV. Also, pillows were too hard for me. Shower was excellent (powerful - rainfall & direct spray). In summary - a great hotel for the price and convenient location - easy walk to Picadilly & District lines. Ideal for one night and good for the price. I am happy to recommend this hotel for this purpose.

Never come back, not worth the money.
The hotel is very expensive but it is too old, small and dirty. Carpet and toilet were not cleaned properly. No elevator for almost 10 days, and no compensation were offered. Breakfast was terrible simple and cheap, always same. Everything looked filthy.

The overall experience of staying at Seraphine was pleasant, however the KFC next door is inhabited by a few homeless men who make a ruckus, especially in the evenings. I hope the council can look into this and provide some sort of support to clear out that area.

De incheck was bijzonder plezierig en gastvrij. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen vwb winkelgelegenheid, horecamogelijkheden (oa een behoorlijk aantal leuke pubs) en openbaar vervoer (oa metro naar Heathrow AirPort en goede uitvalsbasis naar Londen City). Kamer en douchegelegenheid zijn ruim voldoende. Het ontbijt in de ruime ontbijtzaal is goed verzorgd.

We had a pleasant enough stay, the staff were helpful and approachable. However the state of the bathroom was poor, there was mould in the shower unit across the ceiling.
