Hotel is in great location. Room is clean and decent. The only thing, I do not like is the deposit money before checking in which is quite a suprised for me. I will maybe book again but I will see how long i will get back the £50 i deposited or if i will get it back.

This is a decent hotel for what it is, as long as you you set your expectations accordingly. Booked this place because the brand names adjacent to Hammersmith station were all booked up. This place is fine in a pinch. Some rooms don't have elevator access. Location is quite convenient, and within walking distance to Hammersmith Station, and adjacent shopping and dining.

So far, this is the hotel with the best staff and service I have experienced. The team is very helpful and always willing to assist and find solutions to any problems that arise. The hotel is in a busy commercial area, but just a few minutes’ walk to the Thames. It is divided into two sets of rooms, one with a lift, one without. Our room, with a double and a single bed, was, well, mostly bed. Very hard to move around—and we are small people. So be aware of that if you have mobility issues. It was very clean and decently appointed. The staff was very nice.

There are several shops on the same street and various eateries.. it was home away from home for us. My room was really quite small - there was almost no space for my luggage and also the bed was really dirty when I came. Housekeeping cleaned it up very quickly though. Their breakfast strategy is a little strange but there are lots of shops and restaurants/take aways all around where you can get meals (no refrigerator in the room). The location is quite good and if you are just looking for a place to put your feet up and have moderate expectations, then this might do. The staff is really friendly.
