The lovely flat is set across a single, well-laid-out level, with bright, comfortable rooms and a practical flow. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, generous storage, and a smart desk area, making it suitable for both relaxing and working from home. The second bedroom has a double bed and good storage, while the third bedroom offers a smart single bed, ideal for children or visiting guests. The living and dining area provides a comfortable space to gather, with ample seating space and a generously sized wooden dining table. This room is also bathed in natural light and includes a 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen is separate and integrated with a range of appliances and essentials for cooking. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.
Please kindly note that the furniture in this apartment is antique and obviously therefore has existing wear and tear. It is of sentimental value to the owner and is an integral part of the features and style of the apartment.
Please note there are four flights of stairs up to the property, and there is no elevator.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking, and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
