Situated in the vibrant north London neighbourhood of Tufnell Park, this immaculate three-bedroom home offers stylish interiors, spacious living areas, and a lovely grassy garden. Perfect for families or groups, this home is a tranquil retreat with excellent design and thoughtful amenities.

LIVING AREA
To the left of the entrance, the spacious living area invites you in with warm wooden floors and two stunning marbled fireplaces. A luxurious velvet sofa and a TV entertainment unit provide a comfortable setting for relaxation. Adjoining this space is a raised study area overlooking the garden, complete with a desk, computer, and a collection of intriguing books for guests to enjoy.

KITCHEN/DINING
The lower level houses a beautifully designed kitchen and dining area. The dining space features a central wooden bench-table that seats up to six, perfect for shared meals. The adjoining kitchen is immaculate, with sleek white cabinetry, double counters, and modern facilities, including a dishwasher, gas cooker, wine fridge, and juice blender. From the kitchen, step out onto a small patio with steps leading to the lush garden.

BEDROOMS
The upper floor features three stylishly minimalist bedrooms, each finished with stunning white-washed wooden floors. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, offering ample comfort, while the third is a cosy single bedroom.

BATHROOMS
The property includes a convenient powder room with a full-sized bathtub on the main corridor and a beautifully finished shared bathroom on the upper floor. The upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower and modern fixtures for a spa-like experience.

GARDEN
The garden is a highlight of this home, featuring a grassy open space ideal for summer relaxation or children’s play. Accessible via the kitchen patio, it offers a peaceful outdoor retreat in the heart of the city.

Big house nice area

Huge 3 floor house, sleek design and good ambiance. The area is convenient and easy to navigate by public transport, and the road quiet. As a family with two teenagers there was plenty of living space. The master bedroom was fine but kids rooms improvised with mattresses on the floor. Cupboard space limited, the bathrooms small and the garden not really in use. Overall a pleasant and good choice.
