「Great place to spend the night before my daughter’s graduation ceremony. Apartment was clean, and check in instructions good. Disappointed that the keurig machine was NOT working. One thing I would suggest is maybe having paper towel for the guests and a working keurig. Otherwise, linens, towels and tea towels were all very clean. Suited my family well. The plus of having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers was helpful for us gals. Definitely recommend over the hotels in London.」

「Cozy loft, but don’t be surprised by the building from outside, it looks a bit beat. The bathroom is old, and cleanliness was not exceptional. A towel was thrown on the rack as if it had been used, a few hair on the comforter cover and bath mat. It’s on a busy boulevard, but walking distance to downtown. Nicely furnished, clear instructions and recommendations.」

「Everything went really well. The apartment is perfect and clean. The only two issues are: (1) the apartment was very hot and we couldn’t find the control for temperature; (2) the outside of the apartment like the entrance to the building and the building corridors were but clean and the stairs entering the building is slippery. However, if I go to London again I would use this place especially over summer.」

「The house was fine. My disappointment was in the kitchen. Only 3 dinner forks, 4 knives, no water glasses, and only 1 pot. The picture showed a backyard deck with patio furniture but no chairs or table, etc outside. The dining room included 3 broken chairs in the corner. No face clothes in the washrooms but thankfully they did provide towels. I complained to the host and he asked how many people I had. I believe it would be bare minimum to expect dishes for 8 people. My reservation was for 4...
