Welcome! This one-bedroom home has a comfy king size bed for a great night sleep after exploring all that Lone Pine and surrounding areas have to offer. You will enjoy the view from the front porch of a quaint little church with Mt. Whitney as your backdrop. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer available for you to use. Perfect and Roomy Bungalow

We loved our stay here! It is a very spacious, clean and cozy house. The bed and linens felt like we were sleeping in a five-star luxury hotel. Even the art and decor were warm and inviting. It is conveniently located near restaurants, the market and Mt. Whitney. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. I felt comfortable driving my partner and nephew to the trailhead at 1 am and coming back on my own. Owner is very friendly and promptly responded even when I had silly questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!Picture is of the view from the front porch.

Mount whitney day hike

Darlene's rental was perfect location foe my spouse and I to stay before and after our mount whitney day hike. The location was convenient, the house was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Darlene sent out all the info we needed the day before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

Home away from home

As described. My daughter and I made some amazing memories in Lone Pine. The stay in the bungalow was the icing on the cake. We made it a mile to the summit of Whitney and came back to a warm clean space with all the convinces of our home without the drive.

Unexpected emergency

Power went out 2nd night. Darlene sent power company who determined a major electrical issue in the house, forcing us out. Darlene issued a full refund. Satisfied.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

This is the 2nd time my hiking buddy & I have stayed here. It's clean and the A/C works well. The neighborhood is quiet so you can get to sleep early for those early morning hikes. There's an air mattress there that you can set up in the living room, but I brought my own. Plenty of room for a queen-sized one. Great hiking trip - no complaints!

Wonderful property to stay

Stayed here so that we can hike up Mt. Whitney. The place is clean, comfortable and spacious. It's acutually better than the way it looks in the pics. We had a very nice stay before and after the hike.

Great stay

The property was perfect for our stay. All the arrangements were great and as mentioned while booking. We came into the area couple hours early and Darlene was sweet to let us in before the check in time. I will definitely recommend this place.

Wow! What a nice suprise. Doesn't look like a whole lot from the outside, but when you step in you realize this place has been renovated with high end everything. It is truly a beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Would stay there again if ever in the area.

We will be back

We would defiantly recommend staying here. The kitchen is the best equipped one for any VRBO we have stayed in. The location make for an easy walk to downtown, it was very clean with a comfortable bed and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The only real complaint is the water heater is very hot, so you need to be careful to not burn yourself when using hot water. It would also be nice if the refrigerator door was rehung so it faced the kitchen when it was open.

What a delightful house!

This quiet, cozy little house was great! It's far enough from 395 to not hear any traffic, but close enough to walk to restaurants and coffee at Vibras. The neighborhood is quiet. Once you pull down the bedroom shades and close the doors, you are in a dark, quiet room to sleep very well. Stay here and have a relaxing time!

Cozy experience in gorgeous Lone Pine

We stayed here to spend a full day in Death Valley. It was a lot of driving, but we were glad to stay across from the Sierra Nevada and Mt. Whitney - gorgeous. This is a very comfortable home. FYI the couch is not a pull-out but there is a very nice air mattress provided.
