Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, our cabin is just 6 miles from the picturesque Pinecrest Lake and 9 miles from the Dodge Ridge ski area.

Layout:
Our cabin boasts three levels of living space for your comfort and convenience. On the first floor, you'll find a two-car garage, and for an additional fee, access to a Level 2 EV (Electric Vehicle) charger with a J1772 plug, the most common type. Indoor stairs lead to the inviting second-floor main area, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living space. A small balcony off the dining area provides a peaceful spot for your morning coffee. On this level, you'll also find two bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds, sharing a full bathroom. Indoor stairs lead to the third floor, where a master bedroom suite awaits. Instead of one large bed, this room boasts four twin-size beds, perfect for families with children. A small balcony offers views of the expansive side yard.
The living space of the cabin is on three levels.
On the first floor is a two-car garage, which is equipped with a Level 2 EV (Electric Vehicle) charger with a J1772 plug (the most common type), and indoor stairs to the second floor.
The second floor is the main floor. Here you can find a kitchen, dining area, and cozy living area. A small balcony right next to the dining area offers a quiet place for your morning outdoor coffee. Two of the bedrooms with king-size and queen-size beds are also on this floor, sharing one full bathroom.
There are indoor stairs leading from the living area to the third floor with a master bedroom suite. We decided to put it here instead of one big bed, 4 twin-size beds, so the group with kids can keep the children in one place. The small balcony of this room provides a view of the property's large side yard.
Outside, you'll find a huge beautiful deck to enjoy and a large, nearly flat yard.

Nature Lovers: Our cabin is nestled amidst the vast Stanislaus National Forest, offering abundant adventures. Explore the scenic Pinecrest Lake with its sandy beach and marina activities, enjoy the slopes at the Dodge Ridge ski area, or embark on an adventure along Highway 108 to Sonora Pass.

Recreational Choices: The surrounding area boasts a wide array of sports and recreational activities suitable for both adults and children.

Gold Country Exploration:
A short drive will lead you to the gold country, where you can indulge in various activities such as visiting Black Oak Casino, teeing off at Twain Harte Golf Course, ice skating at Long Barn Ice Rink, horseback riding, or mountain biking on the picturesque mountain trails.

Additionally, our brand-new smart TV grants access to over 100 internet programs, including popular streaming services like Netflix and YouTube.
