"The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels."

"Excellent location but still a quiet hotel. We wished the bar on the first floor was a functioning bar! But since there was an authentic Irish bar steps away, no issues. Great old world hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay. They actually give you 2 bottles of water a day for free...unlike other places that charge ridiculous amounts. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the coffee maker made decent coffee, the shower pressure was good, it was quiet, has a 24 hour gym, the staff was lovely. Highly recommended!!"
