Boho Beach House is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation. This original older style beach shack has a warm and welcoming feel about it, With a fantastic deck offering 180 degrees of filtered sea and Long Beach views, it has an easy pathway to the beach below.

Featuring two double bedrooms upstairs plus a kids room with a tri bunk and a single bed bunk, and a gorgeous open lounge dining with reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool, opening onto the deck, it also offers a further queen bedroom downstairs (via external stairs) - perfect for the overflow of family and friends.

Bedroom Linen is included. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).
Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed.
Bedroom two: a King bed
Bedroom 3: a Queen sized bed
Bedroom 4: Tri bunks plus single bunks

Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms 2 upstairs (one ensuite), and one downstairs with a shower and toilet.

In the laundry is a modern front-loading washing machine and dryer.

Outside: A lovely deck with beautiful views. A large yard and deck. A gas BBQ for your use. There is NBN Broadband Wifi available and non shedding pets are welcome.

This property is in the ideal location to do the stunning Murramarang Coastal walk, and close to the iconic food trucks which serve pizzas, kebabs and hamburgers on various nights.
