「The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :)
For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.」
