“Whe had a great stay at the hotel just a few issues. Walls are paper thin and the noise level at midnite was aggravating. My grandson got stung by a huge wasp in the room 3 times but we worked it out. Location and cleanliness was very refreshing and I calked and they let us check in early which was very nice. I'd stay again and refer people to the hotel.”

“We stayed here 6 years ago. We knew the rooms were cozy. We returned because of the proximity to the beach. Last time, the island had very few lights and the stars were amazing! I felt like you could reach out and touch the Milky Way. Now there are more houses and lights and so, fewer stars were visible than in my backyard. There is now a fee for parking if you want to bring a vehicle with a cooler or whatever to the beach. The beach is still beautiful, room is cute, but had a weird smell, and……

“This property was exactly what you expect at a Hampton Inn. There was no occasional lamp in the room and it would have been helpful and no housekeeping on the second day, which they should make you aware.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful time. We would have loved a waterfront view but our accommodations were clean and comfortable and cool! It was a little damp in the room and the air conditioning had a little bit of a funky smell. I would go back there and stay in a minute and plan to. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. We were able to walk into town for shopping and eating in precious little Southport. If I could have stayed an extra day I would have. Thank you so much for your hospitality!”

“Great clean accommodations including comfortable beds and pillows. Spent one night as stopover, very quiet and as a single female felt very safe and comfortable! Staff were extra accommodating with early checkin for this weary traveler and it was greatly appreciated ! I know they had breakfast but didn't utilize it due to comfort of room. I would highly recommend !”

“This hotel is a great location. Our room was clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is awesome! Something different each morning along with fresh fruit, oatmeal, grits & yogurt & nice variety of cereals. Walking distance to restaurants and right on broadwalk. Tiki bar was really nice too! Great drinks & food.”
