We liked the size of our room, Though we paid for the upgrade, so it was at our choice. The area was quiet which was nice, however cleanliness was far below average. There were women's hairs in our bathroom and and we are two guys with very short hair. There were fingerprints and handprints smeared on the windows, like nobody even tried to clean them before we came in.. how come we can have a physical Bible, But no physical channel guide or any other things that I have to scan the qr code for. Why are you catering to the religious people and not towards the general customer base?
Efficiency was below average for the hotel. We booked through expedia, where all of our information was provided to the hotel and entered correctly. When we get to the hotel they again wanted my phone number, My physical address, my name, a card for incidentals, which they did not disclose ahead of time. Nor did staff disclose why this was needed again..
I do not appreciate being texted when i'm trying to sleep. If that was the purpose of the phone number, I will never be providing my phone number to staff on site again. You do not text me less than an hour after I arrive at the hotel asking how we're doing. we just got here, how about give us a chance to get settled??
And if you're going to push keyless entry with the phones, then maybe in the message from the hotel state that you're part of the hilton brand and oh check in with hilton honors because I booked my hotel with hampton.
