“In town for a family wedding, my brother's family and mine split this beautifully furnished house with lots of space to spread out indoors and outside. Lovely waterside backyard with plenty of seating around gas firepit and beautiful garden plus three additional decks to hang out including rooftop which was ideal to watch the sunset or sunrise. This would probably also be ideal for looking for shooting stars. The owners were great to work with; attentive and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay……

“Our stay at Gerard's place was excellent. The location is incredible. At the very south of the island, so you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. In less than a minute walk you can be on the beach. The house has all the amenities you could want. We had 2 adults and 2 kids and it worked out for us where everyone could stay on the top floor where u have 3 bedrooms. Outdoor shower was excellent. Very roomy. Backyard area is nice too. It was also nice we could put our beach stuff……

“Great adult kids getaway for our adult children. We were so lucky to find this house in the exact same area our in-laws had their house for 3 generations. The marina, Howard’s, Wawa, the bay beach and Marvels.We will be back. The “kids” want to do this again. They got to recreate some old childhood photos courtesy of this opportunity. Thank you so much!!!!! Lovely home and we know this is one of the best locations, especially for anybody with little kids with the small, largely unknown, bay……

“This was the perfect location for us on LBI. Great restaurants, shops and the beach all within walking distance. The property had plenty of room for us to move around in a nice quiet neighborhood. ”

Super relaxing stay, with a house that has everything you need for a week at the beach whether you’re with a group of friends or with children. Loved grabbing coffee in nearby Beach Haven and reading books on the top deck with views of the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and home to spend a great week on LBI. “Everything about it was perfect. The size, the location and the two decks. Upper deck was amazing for sunset pictures. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to things to be convenient. Beach access right there. Really the only things missing were actual coffee MUGS and a two quart container for making ice tea and lemonade. Highly recommend this dog friendly property. ”
