“The cleaning levels were absolutely horrible! I asked to be moved from the first room because of heavy dust, only to be checked into another room that was even worst than the first. Dirty stained pillows on the bed, hair on wash cloths, thick dust on head board. Stains on the shower floor. Trash from a container in shower. Stains on and inside of the ice bucket container. Stains on top of dresser and floor. I found an ear ring backing in the bed under the sheets. The list goes on. I have photos……

“This Hotel is not worth of Stay for the Price I paid. They said they have Breakfast but nothing was there. Not even tea. Ice machine don't work. ”

“The staff is wonderful! We had a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding reserved. After the wedding a big group of us met in the lounge area to continue the party. The young woman who was at the desk that night, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, made chocolate chip cookies for us! So sweet! Nicest bunch of employees!!!”
