The air conditioner was so dusty that I had to wipe it down so dust wasn't blowing out, and several of the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. When we arrived, only 1 of the 2 keys worked, and only 1 of 4 light bulbs worked. I let the management company know, and they did fix both these problems within 24...
