“We had a fantastic stay. The property was cute, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for our 3-person family. It was a close walk to the ocean, bay, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the porch and easy street parking. Jeff, the owner, was kind, accommodating, and a pleasure to rent from. We highly recommend and hope to return soon for another stay!”

“The property was clean, safe, well maintained, was very close to the beach and had a pool to enjoy. We were able to walk to some things but most activities required a vehicle or a bicycle. ”

“My husband, 3 year old, and I had a great time! Having the pool is a huge plus. The complex is nice, quiet, and clean. We loved the gazebo, patio tables, and sun deck. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. Kevin was very responsive! We would definitely love to be back. ”

“Independence Day weekend to celebrate my wife's 60 birthday with family and friends. The recently renovated home is well laid out to comfortably accommodate 10 adults. We cooked and ate several meals for the whole group and everyone was comfortable.It's a premium location to catch the beachfront sunrise 2 short blocks to the right and the sunset 2 short blocks to the left.Joe is a gracious and available host.”

“Clean, up to date, all required amenities included or accessible within the building except for bed, bath & kitchen linens (BYO). Close to beach. Quiet safe neighborhood. Would definitely rent again. ”

“Enjoyed the stay, I’ve stayed at a couple different units at this location. This was the best. Didn’t have an assigned parking spot like the other units but you are provided with a parking pass for the street parking so it worked out just as good. I liked that this unit is at the ground level right next to the pool. Already have another trip booked”

“A group of me and 5 other girls stayed here Thursday- Monday and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! Amazing view of the beach and also just steps away from the pool! The place was also super clean. Would definitely consider renting again!!”

“This is a nice small condo in a clean and well maintained ocean front complex. The fourth floor condo provides amazing views to the beach and the ocean. The common areas are cleaned daily and everything appears well maintained. The pool on the property is large and clean.The kitchen, bathroom, and floors are all relatively modern and are in good condition. The bed and pull out sofa are reasonably comfortable, and there's enough room assuming you are spending most of your time outside……

“I broke my heel a few days before we left and so we didnt get to do as much as i wanted but staff and all neighbors were wonderful and id love to go down again next year and really enjoy the full experience!! Host was wonderful too by answering all our questions throughout the process.”
