“Initially, I wanted to be in Cape May as I was meeting my daughter and her family there. There was nothng left in my price range as I was late to book a place. After arriving at this rental I was happy that I was not in Cape May because it was so quiet in the suburban neighborhood. I was able to drive to my daughter's rental in about 12 min. The rental is very clean and has a very comfortable mattress. There was also a small refrigerator which was very helpful, Craig the host, communicated……

“Felt like it needs work. The parking was horrible and the road wasn’t plowed so there was 6” of ice on the road. Taking out the trash we almost fell from it being so icy and not taken care of. Felt dirty, especially the bathroom. Beds were not comfortable. Close to boardwalk which is a plus in the summer. ”

“The apartment is newly refurbished, beautiful inside, well furnished, and squeaky clean, We spent a lot of down time on the huge outdoor deck which as lots of plush furniture. The spot is SO convenient -- just a two-block walk to the each and boardwalk. The location is a quiet, family street lined with lovely homes. Stuart was a perfect host, always available if we have questions. We hope to return.”

“We left this property within 24 hours due to a strong marijuana smell that was noticeable from the moment we entered the building and throughout the apartment. The odour created significant discomfort and raised health and safety concerns. We contacted the owner through the Expedia app shortly after arrival and requested assistance, but received no response. As a result, we had to abandon our stay and book alternative accommodation. The listing was also misleading. The photos do not accurately……

“The property was double-booked. I didn't even know that was possible. When we arrived at the property, it was 10:30 pm and I'd just driven 7 hours with my two kids. The provided door code didn't work, someone that lives in the building finally let us in after 20 minutes of attempts and multiple unanswered calls to the host... we went upstairs where the second door code failed, only to learn upon knocking, that there was already someone in our unit!
