"The unit is as advertised and photographed and very close to the beach. Decorations are nice and the kitchen is stocked with a basic level of supplies (utensils, glasses, silverware, etc.) The tv’s are smart so you don’t need a fire stick or anything just your log-in. We were able to get into the room early which was great. Instructions provided were very clear. The assigned parking space was sometimes occupied because the reserved sign was overgrown."

"The property was spotless! Only complaints: There was shampoo and body wash, I also expected there to be hair conditioner and possibly body lotion, especially in the shore area. Both are important. We had bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels for the bathrooms. Only one hair dryer, need at least two! Need to have both decafe and regular teabags and decafe coffee too. Maybe a Keurig would be good because you could request guests to bring their own K-cup and then water could be heated for...

"Property owner Anthony was totally cool and down to earth. House was full and you would never know because it's really quiet inside the unit. I was nervous because I was traveling with an infant and wasn't sure if I would disturb other guest or they would disturb us. Bathroom was a bit small and no door on the bedroom. But we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. N were able to hang a sheet in the door way for a little privacy so it all worked out great! Definitely would recommend. I liked not...
