"For me and my two teens this was a perfect fit. Room to relax and watch tv, cook, and the 3 beds were comfortable. It did appear they were in the kiddle of some remodeling, which looks very nice, jist not conpleted (didnt hinder our stay). I would of preferred AC in the front or a stronger fan, but we made it work. All in all a good time. "

"Very nice clean, roomy condo allowing ample space for children to play. Easy access to get to, and to get in and out of, and only blocks away from the boardwalk, which saved us from parking fees. The front porch was very relaxing and had ample seating, and the beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay ! "

"0/10. Do not recommend. Upon arrival room was dirty and hair in sink and all over bathroom. Got that cleaned up and didn’t worry too much. Kitchen was dirty - which fine, hadn’t planned to use much other than refrigerator. Went to go to bed and no blankets in room so we went to get them and were provided. In the am got in shower to discover no washcloths or mats for floor and water was everywhere as there isn’t an appropriate shower curtain. On night 2, the people above us were so loud you could not sleep. We called the office - where there is a sign that they strictly enforce quiet hours and one warning and you’re out. 3 calls later they were still loud and dribbling basketballs all night above our head and screaming. They did not remove them AT ALL and whatever conversation it was - made it worse. Parking is a nightmare. If you park in a spot near building someone can park behind you and are supposed to leave keys at front office so it can be moved. Doesn’t happen. We had to uber. I didn’t expect much - so much we did not get. However we would never stay here again. Ever."
