"I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night traveling with teenagers and was given a room where the exterior door was wide open and the door frame was visibly damaged. It did not feel safe at all. When I went back to the front desk, I was offered another room, but by that point I no longer felt comfortable staying and just wanted to leave.
Despite not staying, my card was still charged and I was told it would take 7–10 days to receive a refund. The overall condition of the hotel also seemed poor—rooms felt outdated and unclean—and the staff was not particularly helpful or pleasant. The surrounding area didn’t feel great either.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here."
