"I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived late at night traveling with teenagers and was given a room where the exterior door was wide open and the door frame was visibly damaged. It did not feel safe at all. When I went back to the front desk, I was offered another room, but by that point I no longer felt comfortable staying and just wanted to leave. Despite not staying, my card was still charged and I was told it would take 7–10 days to receive a refund. The overall condition of the hotel also seemed poor—rooms felt outdated and unclean—and the staff was not particularly helpful or pleasant. The surrounding area didn’t feel great either. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."

"The a c was fine a little too cold.Even when you turned it down. Never had a chance to experience breakfast because due to fire alarm evacuation! "

"My mother’s room had throw up on the chair and bathroom smelled like sewage. My room had stains all over the sofa. Just didn’t feel overall clean. Resort fee is $55 a night and felt high for no real amenities. "

"Best place to stay is Asbury Park. Cafe and bar had delicious food and beverages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Live music was very mellow and cool. Highly recommend. "
