"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time."

"The house was stunning! The views were incredible, very well stocked kitchen and grill area. The AC worked great in a very hot month! We loved having access to all the kayaks and the house being right on the water just made it the best vacation ever!!!!"

"Stayed in one of the villas for 4 nights. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. Ate at the restaurant twice, excellent service and the food was good. There is a store as well where you can purchase some goods which is convenient. Pool was clean and the area was very peaceful with a gorgeous view. There is also a private beach that you can walk to (clear path) from your villa. Pristine water and quiet (except for the cicadas singing). There is an elevated cabana which lounge chairs overlooking the beach where you can relax. Would definitely stay here again if Im ever in Long Island. Only downside was the bigs, which is expected. The villa is surround by plenty of trees/plants. Luckily there was bug spray in the villa. So I was able to spray out the villa and that toom care of most of the bugs."

"The property and home were exactly as pictured and described. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, dock, kayaks and paddle boards, huge screened in porch, and beachfront for our family with 2 teenagers. Communication prior to our trip, as well as while we were there, was very attentive and helpful regarding the home, activities and restaurants on the island, making sure we’re were happy with our stay. They were even able to have the house stocked with all of our groceries and drinks the day of our arrival.If we are able to come back to vacation in beautiful Exuma (which I hope we do) we would absolutely stay at Jack’s Island House again!"

"This is our 2nd stay and we love SeaBreeze lodge. The view is amazing!!! This side of the island makes great use of the kayaks and paddleboards. You can kayak to a little island during high tide. You can walk out in the middle of the flats during low tide. You can get a float and enjoy the calm water. You can kayak right to a blue hole. The roads are a little rough to get to the house but rent an SUV and go slower and you will be completely fine. We had everything to cook meals and there is a grill for use as well. The pool is wonderful to have as well. The outside area is so relaxing. The host and Joanes are extremely responsive and helpful with whatever questions or needs arise. We love it here and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful week stay in Exuma."

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"
