“Baywatch cottage is absolutely perfect. Silent except for the lapping waves. The bed is very comfortable and all of the amenities were spot on. There is a very good grocery store and liquor store within walking distance. The area beaches were stunning and basically private. Debbie and Philip met us at the airport and escorted us to the cottage. They couldn’t have been more helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet, laid back vacation, this is it. You do need a rental car. ”

“Mike and Karilynn were amazing hosts. They made sure we had a fabulous vacation with their great communication before and during our stay. Everything we needed to travel around and enjoy Exuma was provided ( large beach towels, soft sided cooler bags, snorkel masks and great ice packs for the coolers ). Very clean and comfortable beds. “We had a wonderful time at Hoopers Bay Villas. The cottages are across the street from the beach and access is easy. We stayed in the Yellow Elder cottage. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It is a little older and not perfect, but who cares with the low price we paid to be at a beautiful beach!? The hosts, William and Priscilla are lovely people and always available to help or answer questions. Loved they cute beach decor in the cottage. The cottages are also private.……

“This property is a no brainer, Valarie "our host" was on site the entire time to help with any questions we had about the facilities and the area. The listing is as promised, waterfront kayaking available, heated pool and a very private quiet setting that takes you away from the hustle and bustle. The main town "George Town" is a short 20 minute drive for shopping and entertainment. If you are interested in fine dining, you can go to "Blu on the Water" which is only 6 minutes down the road. “Everything went very smoothly, Lovely house and a great place to relax. Kitchen had lots of new equipment and we could keep cool and keep the bugs out. The kayaks were great and our stay went far too quickly. Very helpful host.”

“Monica was a great host and Buttercup was exactly as described and pictured. We loved coffee in the mornings in the screened in porch and the convenience of the beach being a short distance across the street. The beach gear that was available to borrow was also a really nice perk! While Minns cottages is walking distance to George town, we did end up renting a car as the main road was a little busier than expected but also so we could see more of the island. All in all we had a fantastic stay……
