The home was absolutely lovely. It was located in a nice and quite neighborhood, but was close enough to Walmart, Aldi, multiple food restaurants, and multiple gas stations. A few reasons for the low rating include, house could have been much cleaner, there was visible dust all over the house, couch cushions were stained and even some of the comforters were stained. Also unfortunately although there is a fireplace it does not work. Backyard was nice and spacious but again was not well kept and deck looked as though no one bothered to clean it. Grill was also not cleaned when we went to use it. A major downside for me and the main reason for a low rating is due to how sensitive the fire alarms were. The fire alarms would go off every time we cooked anything whether it was breakfast, dinner, or even something as simple as smores. Along with the fire alarm the home security system kept going off at all times of the day and we code was not provided. Oh also there was no hot water after 2 people showered forcing the rest of the guest to shower in cold water.
